WHAT IS POSPD ?
"POSPD" is an abbreviation of "Public Open Space in Private Development". It is defined as an open space in private development under private management where the general public are entitled to access, use and enjoy. A POSPD can be located on either:
-
private land within a private development; or
-
government land adjoining a private development.

We are a group of final year Surveying students at the University of Hong Kong, currently working on a project regarding the public open space in private developments (POSPDs) in Hong Kong.
